QuickBooks Online Initial Setup:
- Includes setting up bank accounts, services, invoicing, and account setup
- Importing customer and vendor records
- Set up defaults for standard reports
- One time charge for new QuickBooks Online clients
- Monthly billing for QuickBooks Essentials or QuickBooks Plus at a discounted rate
Basic QuickBooks Online Package includes:
Daily monitor of your QuickBooks file, looking for any unusual activity, high risk transaction or alarming changes to your financial situation. Alerts the client immediately if necessary.
Recording transactions, assigning them to the proper category for tax tracking.
Reconciliate monthly bank account
Generating and sending weekly (or as needed) customer invoices
Processing of customer payments as received
Offering client support/help as needed
Send monthly and end-of-year reports – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and comparison to pervious year/period and meet with client to discuss reports, as needed.
Most importantly, you get Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm access to call or email with questions about your account.
As with any package deal, if I end up going over my average times and spend more time with your account, you don’t pay for that extra! I am billing you on the flat rate!
