Home – Office Allies LLC

Office Allies hires only American citizens, who speak English as their first language. They are trained and educated within the US business customs and culture.

Many of our team members are spouses or dependents of US Military personnel. Allowing them to work anywhere while supporting their families.

Your business need vary from simple tasks to more complex skills. We don’t believe pricing should be the same for all tasks. We use a retainer system will pricing based on the skills level needed to perform the work.

Your retainer with Office Allies will reflect the work you want done and carry over if not used.

Here at Office Allies, you get more than just a Virtual Assistant.  We use a team approach, where each our clients will have a Virtual Assistant assigned for their work, but they also will have a Operations Manager who oversees the work.

We found this approach allows us to document your processes and ensures the work is done consistently.

How Does This Work?

Some of our clients come to us knowing exactly what they need, while others just knows they need help!

We try to make the process of working with Office Allies quick and easy!

Step 1: We will schedule a Discovery Call, normally 30 minutes. Office Allies’ founder, Lisa Bowers, will learn about your business and needs. This conversation includes getting to know your business story, mission, and goals. We don’t look at just the tasks, but also how we can move you forward toward those goals.

Step 2: After reviewing your business needs and determining together the workflow and retainer, we provide you with a client contract. This is month-by-month contract explaining the terms and expectations for both the client and Office Allies team. It protects both side with confidentiality and liability clauses, and a full schedule of rates.

Step 3: Once the contract is reviewed and signed, we send an Onboarding Questionnaire to prepare for an Onboarding Meeting. At this meeting, we dig into the details of the individual tasks, get credentials and begin documenting the process of the work.

Then we get to work!

How long does it all take?

Now, that depends on the client and their schedule. We can have a Discovery Call and then hold the Onboarding meeting to begin work the next day. It really depends on how quickly we can get things scheduled.
