I believe every client needs are as unique as the client themselves and their business. I don’t believe in “boxed” packages, but here’s a some examples of Office Allies Packages.
QuickBooks Online Initial Setup:
- Includes setting up bank accounts, services, invoicing, and account setup
- Importing customer and vendor records
- Set up defaults for standard reports
- One time charge for new QuickBooks Online clients
- Monthly billing for QuickBooks Essentials or QuickBooks Plus at a discounted rate
Basic QuickBooks Online Package includes:
- Daily monitor of your QuickBooks file, looking for any unusual activity, high risk transaction or alarming changes to your financial situation. Alerts the client immediately if necessary.
- Recording transactions, assigning to the proper category for tax tracking.
- Reconciliate monthly bank account
- Generating and sending weekly (or as needed) customer invoices
- Processing of customer payments as received.
- Offering client support/help as needed.
- Send monthly and end of year reports – Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and comparison to pervious year/period and meet with client to discuss reports, as needed.
Most importantly, you get Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm access to call or email with questions about your account. This is the biggie! When you are charged hourly, every time you call or email with a question, rather it is a 2 minute question or a 20 minute question, there’s a clock that starts. According to most contracts, you pay in either 10-15 minute segments, so a 2 minute phone call, will cost you the same as a 15 minute call. But when someone has a question about their money, they want to an answer (and I don’t blame them!); they want to know “where my money is?”, “who owes me?”, and “who’s paid their invoices?” So I don’t want anyone, my client or myself, worrying about how long a call takes if my customer has a question about their finances. On average this is a valued at 1-2 hours per month, but the true value is peace of mind which is priceless!
As with any package deal, if I end up going over my average times and spend more time with your account, you don’t pay for that extra! I am billing you on the average!
Social Media Package includes:
- Targeted posts designed to educate, spark conversation and increase your specific social media goals – includes articles, conversation generating content, and “just for fun” posts.
- Monthly calendar of suggested posts outlining all content and supporting imagery for your approval
- New, customized fresh monthly Facebook & LinkedIn banner w/ your logo
- Special posts for holidays and special events
- Monthly check-ins to promote specials, promotions, etc.
- Timely and strategic post scheduling
- Monthly measurement & reporting of post engagement
- Unique posts generated for your individual business on multiple platforms.
